Because every booking obtains exclusive use of the property, during peak season the rate for a group of two for example does not vary to that of a group of six. It is therefore much more affordable for small groups to stay outside of the peak periods.

The per person rate reduces as the number of guests increases. As the property accommodates up to 16 guests it is ideally suited to those requiring to accommodate a large group.
