Rules

Due to being on an island and collecting our own water please conserve water.  

When using the toilet do not flush wet wipes or feminine products in the toilet as these will block our septic tank system. 

Check-in time:

Check-in time is 2pm unless by prior arrangement.

Check out time is 10am unless by prior arrangement.

Music:

​

Please ensure that music and loud noises stop by 10pm so as to respect other guests and our neighbors.

Water safety:

Ensure adult supervision of young children whilst doing water activities, use the life jackets provided.

Pets:

Staying with pets are not allowed

Emergency

In the event of an emergency phone 111. Be prepared for some delay before help arrives due to our location.

Beds configurations:

Prior to your arrival we will request details of which room and bed configurations (twin singles or kings etc) will best suit your group. Any subsequent changes to your initial request may incur an additional charge.
